We recognize that your requirements may change over time. At Policynest, we aim to ensure that the cancellation and refund process for Roadside Assistance (RSA) and Comprehensive Personal Accident (CPA) services remains simple, transparent, and user-friendly.

How to request a cancellation

To initiate cancellation, please send an email to policynestinsure@gmail.com with the following details:

  • Your UID / RSA or CPA Reference Number
  • Reason for cancellation
  • Any relevant supporting documents

If the cancellation is due to the sale or transfer of the vehicle, please attach the Sale Deed or Form 29 issued by the RTO as proof of transfer.

If you have purchased a new or replacement RSA/CPA plan, kindly share a copy of the same.
