The basics
What roadside assistance actually is
Roadside assistance is a 24/7 emergency service for a vehicle that has stopped working somewhere other than home. It answers mechanical breakdowns and minor technical faults — a dead battery, an empty tank, a puncture, a snapped cable — and it is measured on one thing: how quickly the rider is moving again.
It is not motor insurance, and the distinction matters. An insurance policy is a financial contract that compensates for accident damage, theft or liability. Assistance is operational: nobody is reimbursed, somebody arrives. A rider can need it without any insurable event having occurred at all, which is precisely why the two products sit alongside each other rather than overlapping.
In practice the job is either to make the vehicle roadworthy where it stands, or to move it safely to a workshop — and where we run the programme for a dealership, that workshop is yours.
The case for cover
Why an assistance plan earns its place
24/7 peace of mind
Breakdowns do not keep office hours. A helpline that answers at 3am on a national holiday is the difference between a bad night and a small delay.
Safety first
A stranded rider on a highway shoulder is exposed to more than an inconvenience. Getting someone there quickly is a safety intervention before it is a service one.
Real cost savings
One long-distance tow arranged in a hurry can cost more than several years of cover. The plan replaces an unpredictable bill with a known annual figure.
Genuine convenience
The rider makes one call and a qualified technician takes it from there — no hunting for a garage in an unfamiliar town, no negotiating from the roadside.

Towing
When the vehicle cannot be made roadworthy where it stands, we move it to the nearest authorised service centre — up to the kilometre limit written into the plan.
Emergency fuel delivery
Running dry on an unfamiliar stretch stops being an emergency. We bring enough fuel to reach the next pump, delivered to the rider's location.
Battery jump-start
A flat battery after a cold night or a long park-up gets a jump-start on the spot, with a quick check of whether the battery itself is the real problem.
Flat-tyre and spare-wheel support
Puncture repair where the tyre can be saved, and a spare fitted where it cannot — including help sourcing a replacement if the rider is carrying nothing.
Key and lockout assistance
Keys locked in the storage box or lost entirely. We arrange safe access to the vehicle and coordinate a replacement key where the situation calls for one.
Minor on-site repairs
Chain slips, loose connections, blown fuses, clutch-cable failures — the class of fault a technician can resolve in fifteen to thirty minutes at the roadside.
Accommodation and onward travel
When a breakdown happens far from home and the repair runs past a day, the plan covers a night's stay and the rider's onward journey.
Note
Plans are configurable. If your network needs something that is not listed here, it can usually be added to the panel — tell us what your riders actually call about.
How it works
From the call to the kerbside
- 01
Incident reported
The rider calls the 24/7 helpline and describes the fault and their location. We confirm coverage in the same conversation — no callback, no form to fill first.
- 02
Smart dispatch
The nearest technician qualified for that specific fault is assigned, and the rider receives a live ETA along with the name of the person coming.
- 03
Resolution and settlement
Fixed on the spot wherever the fault allows. Where it does not, the vehicle is towed safely to a workshop you trust, and the paperwork closes behind it.
Why us
What makes the difference in practice
Quick response
Dispatch runs off proximity and capability, not a call queue. The rider gets the nearest technician who can actually fix the reported fault, plus a live ETA.
Peace of mind
Every vendor in the network is verified, trained on two-wheeler faults specifically, and rated after each job. Poor performers leave the panel.
Cost-effectiveness
Plans are priced for the two-wheeler segment rather than adapted down from four-wheeler products, so your customers are not paying for cover they cannot use.
